Lynn Torgove, Co-Founder, began her career as an actress and classical opera singer. As a mezzo-soprano, she toured Europe, North America and Japan, working with some of the world’s most renowned directors and conductors and recording on the Erato and Telarc labels. Lynn has since expanded her career to include opera and theater direction, and she has over 15 years’ experience teaching acting, stage movement and vocal studies at New England Conservatory, Boston Conservatory, Boston University Opera Institute, Tufts University, Brandeis University, and the Walnut Hill School for the Arts. She is currently on the faculties of Longy School of Music and Hebrew College.
Patricia-Maria Weinmann, Co-Founder, has an extensive background in performing, public speaking and training for public presentations. A respected teacher and successful stage director, Trish has successfully educated people to recognize and develop their own styles and talents. Moreover, she has developed innovative and effective strategies for people of diverse professional backgrounds to improve and enhance their public speaking and presentations skills. For over 20 years, Trish has served as the associate coordinator of the Technology and Culture Forum at MIT.
Greg Smucker, Senior Associate, joined Gabriel Communications in 2012. With dual careers in advertising and the performing arts, Greg brings a unique perspective to business communications training. As a director and educator in theater and opera, Greg has developed the tools to help performers command attention and communicate with power. As a creative director and copywriter, Greg has helped create compelling and effective communications pieces for companies that include Google, 3M, Dow Jones, John Hancock, Harley Davidson, A&E, GE Healthcare, SunGard Ambit, Ocean Spray, Trend Micro, Citizens Bank, Dunkin’ Donuts, The Food Network, and McGraw Hill.
